Thank you for a fantastic 2023 season!
What are the requirements for an outdoor stage space/venue?For a fire show, we need a minimum 10ftx15ft dedicated performance space that is relatively flat and level without obstruction overhead.
What are the requirements for an indoor fire show?Indoor fire shows are more tricky but frequently doable. In addition to the standard minimum of 10ftx15ft wide performance space, we need a room with a minimum of 15 ft ceilings and ventilation directly outdoors. Indoor shows are limited in length/choice of prop due to flame size and smoke buildup. Some venues or cities may have additional requirements that could add cost. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows fire performance! If we arrive at the designated time to find out the venue wasn't told about the fire and/or won't allow it, payment for our time is still due.
What is the booking process?"Contact Us" with as many possible relevant details about your event. The more details you can provide the quicker we can get you a quote back. If your details are sparse we will surely respond with more questions before sending a quote. If we need to adjust details (length of show, type of show, etc) to make the performance and the cost work for you, this is the time to do it. We do not haggle prices but we can adjust what is provided. If the quote works for you, you let us know to move forward in the booking process. We will send you an invoice and a contact to sign. When we receive the signed contract back with the listed 50% non-refundable deposit, your event date is reserved and we are booked. Please note: if you have simply submitted a request to book and we have not received back the signed contract and deposit, your event date is NOT reserved and can be taken by another client. We will absolutely always communicate to you that someone else is asking for the date and that you need to get the paperwork returned or forfeit the date, before booking the second client.
What if my event is outdoors and it rains? We will try to provide a performance to the best of our abilities regardless of the weather, but sometimes weather can cause a show to be cancelled. We can still perform a fire show in light to moderate rain provided the stage surface is not slippery. If your event is going on as planned and you still want us to perform, we will! Extremely heavy rain or any severe weather (lightning/thunder, tornado, etc) is cause to cancel or delay the performance for safety. Fire breathing is not a guaranteed part of the show, as high winds may cause us to remove it from the show for safety. Even light precipitation is cause to cancel/delay/move indoors an LED show, as the LED props cannot get wet. Our Contract Weather Policy: "All events are "rain or shine" unless otherwise stipulated. The PURCHASER is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather (mild rain does not prevent a fire performance; any rain is cause to move an LED performance indoors or under cover). PROVIDER will only move a fire performance indoors if the venue is suitable, safe, and allows indoor fire performance. In the event a suitable indoor location is not available, the client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the PROVIDER has arrived at the event location, even if PROVIDER cannot perform due to inclement weather. Upon request ahead of time, the PROVIDER can bring backup LED equipment and substitute an indoors LED show for a fire show in the case of inclement weather, for the contracted amount."
What is your cancellation policy?Summary: If you cancel without rebooking, you lose your deposit. If we have to cancel, we give you your deposit back. Gigs cancelled due to extreme extenuating circumstances wipe out the contract and we return your deposit. Our Cancellation Policy As Per Our Contract: 1. Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. 2. Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER for any reason shall forfeit the deposit. Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER within 90 days of the date of engagement shall also require payment of the balance to the PROVIDER, unless the same act is re-booked by the PURCHASER for a mutually agreeable date within 30 days of the cancelled date. A PURCHASER cancelling their engagement by telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail or email). Cancellation of the performance by the PROVIDER will require the return of the deposit paid. 3. If the PROVIDER or the PURCHASER must cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, "Force Majeure", riot, strike, epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, this contract shall become null and void, all deposit and balance payments shall be refunded, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.
Do people honestly ask if the fire is real?Yes...yes they do.
